Deposits & Payments

• A 25% deposit is required to secure your place on any multi‑day tour.

• The remaining balance is due 21 days before departure.

Cancellation by the Guest

More than 30 days before departure

• Full refund of all payments made.

• A $50 admin fee applies to cover booking and processing costs. 21–30 days before departure

• Full refund of your balance, and

• Deposit refunded minus a $75 admin fee.

14–20 days before departure

• 50% refund of the total tour price,

• OR full credit towards a future tour (valid for 18 months).

7–13 days before departure

• 25% refund,

• OR full credit towards a future tour (valid for 18 months)

Less than 7 days before departure

• No refund available,

• BUT guests may transfer their booking to another person at no cost,

• OR receive 50% credit towards a future tour if the cancellation is due to illness or unforeseen circumstances (doctor’s certificate may be requested)

Late Changes

• Date changes requested within 14 days of departure incur a $50 admin fee, subject to availability.

• Name changes (transferring your spot to another rider) are free.

Cancellation by AV Cycling Tours

If a tour must be cancelled due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient numbers:

• Guests may choose a full refund or

• A full credit towards a future tour. No admin fees apply.
